For residential clients, we offer both
6-week and 8-week cleaning schedules, although the majority of our customers prefer the 6-week cycle.
If you require cleaning every 4 or 5 weeks, we can tailor our services to suit your specific needs and preferences.
✓ Q: How do I pay you?
A: We accept payment by cash, card,
and bank transfer.
✓ Q: What happens if it rains on the day my windows are due to be cleaned?
A: We will still clean your windows.
With traditional window cleaning methods, it can be impossible to achieve a great finish in the rain.
However, we use a Pure Water cleaning system, which uses Purified Water and does not require the glass
to be polished. This allows us to leave your windows spotless, even in wet weather.
✓ Q: What happens if I'm out when you come to clean my windows?
A: Before your appointment, we'll arrange a mutually convenient date and time
for your window cleaning.
We also discuss access to your property in advance, so we'll know whether you need to be at home.
If you're happy for us to clean your windows while you're out and we have suitable access to your property,
we'll carry out the work as agreed.
We can also send you a text message the day before your appointment to remind you that we're coming.
